Liver cancer, most commonly hepatocellular carcinoma, is a serious disease that originates in the liver and is often associated with underlying conditions such as chronic hepatitis B or C, cirrhosis, or fatty liver disease. Symptoms may include abdominal pain or swelling, jaundice (yellowing of the skin and eyes), unexplained weight loss, fatigue, and loss of appetite. Because liver cancer often develops silently, early detection through regular screening in at-risk individuals is critical. Our clinic offers advanced diagnostic tools including liver ultrasound, CT, MRI, and biopsy when needed. Treatment options may include surgical resection, liver transplantation, local therapies such as radiofrequency ablation or chemoembolization, and systemic treatments like targeted therapy or immunotherapy. We provide individualized, multidisciplinary care focused on improving outcomes and quality of life.
